94/7 ALTERNATIVE ANCHORAGE ALTERNATIVE PFD CONTEST

HOW TO ENTER/WIN
Visit alternativeanchorage.com and fill out the Alternative PFD Application. Limit one online entry per person. Additional entries can be made in person at sponsor locations. Limit one additional entry per person per sponsor location. Entrants must provide all requested information, including their first and last name, address, email address, telephone number, and date of birth. Use of any device to automate entry is prohibited. Proof of submission of an entry shall not be deemed proof of receipt by Station. The contest/sweepstakes administrator’s computer system is the official time keeping device for the Promotion. Grand prize winner will be determined by random draw that includes all eligible entrants. Grand prize drawing will take place on November 5th, 2021. If winner does not meet the requirements of the promotion, a new entrant will be selected. Bonus entry applications may be used for the duration of the contest period at Station’s sole discretion. Prior notice of these bonus entries will be provided to contestants who have joined Station email and text lists. Odds of winning will depend on the number of entries received for the contest.
PRIZES
(1) Grand Prize: $947.00 dollars. The prize may be picked up at the 94/7 Alternative Anchorage office 4700 Business Park Blvd, Building E, Suite 12, Anchorage, AK 99503. The winner will forfeit any prize or prize certificate not claimed within ten (10) business days (Monday-Friday business days) of being notified of winning. In the event that a winner is not in town to claim the prize an alternate winner will be chosen.
ELIGIBILITY AND RESTRICTIONS
The contest is open to all persons who are 18 years of age or older and who reside in Alaska. Employees of KZND (the “Station”), Last Frontier Mediactive, LLC their licensees, their corporate parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates, its advertising agencies, participating sponsors/promotional partners, other radio stations in Alaska and the members of their immediate families/those living in the same household are ineligible to participate or win. Subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
Contestants are required to provide truthful information (ID) and the Station will reject any winner that it discovers to be false or fraudulent. The Station will disqualify any entry from individuals who do not meet the eligibility requirements.
WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
Decisions of station management with respect to the contest are final.
Winners must execute and return any required Affidavit of Eligibility and/or Release of Liability Prize Acceptance Form within three (3) days of notification attempt or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be chosen by random selection from the remaining eligible entries.
CONDITIONS
Payments of all federal, state and local taxes are solely the responsibility of the winners. Winners may be required to sign an IRS Form W-9 or the equivalent.
By participating in the contest, the winner or winners agree to have their name, voice, or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this contest without additional financial or other compensation, and, where legal, to sign a publicity release confirming such consent prior to acceptance of the prize.
Prior to awarding any prize or prize certificate, the Station and/or Last Frontier Mediactive ,LLC in their sole discretion may require contest winners to sign a liability release, agreeing to hold Last Frontier Mediactive LLC, their corporate licensee, their parent, subsidiary and affiliated corporations, and the officers, shareholders, directors, employees, agents and representatives of each of them harmless against any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from the prize or participation in the contest.
The Station and Last Frontier Mediactive, LLC, in their sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process. They further reserve the right to cancel, terminate or modify the contest if it is not capable of completion as planned, including technical failures of any sort.
The Station and Last Frontier Mediactive LLC reserve the right to make changes in the rules of the contest, including the substitution of a prize of equivalent value, which will become effective upon announcement.
Failure to comply with the contest rules may result in a contestant’s disqualification solely at the discretion of the Station and Last Frontier Mediactive LLC.
The Station and Last Frontier Mediactive, LLC are not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the administration of the contest, or in the announcement of a prize.
Copies of the written contest rules and a list of winners (when complete) are available during regular business hours at the main studio of KZND, 4700 Business Park Blvd, Building E, Suite 12, Anchorage, AK 99503.
